When the company has the power to make All the rules, call All the plays and take All the gains/profits without giving you a fair share of the wealth that your labor creates, it’s a lot of power, too much to let anyone have!
IT’S DICTATORSHIP – PURE AND SIMPLE. The privilege to own and operate an Industrial Enterprise does not buy the right to:
- Have complete control over the bread on a worker’s table.
- Ignore the years of hard work an employee has devoted to his employer.
- Fire a worker who dares to talk back, for no valid reason at all.
- To speed up a machine beyond the capacity of a worker to safely keep
up with it, for example.
- Pay a worker less than a fair day’s pay for an honest day’s work.
- Force a worker to increase production without an increase in pay equal to the extra
work and responsibility burdened with.
- Deny a worker a promotion because of age, race, gender, etc.
- Demote a worker because of age, race, gender, etc.
- And the list goes on.
