Continuing the practice of providing comprehensive training to our Stewards, Local 330 conducted a Union Steward Training Seminar on Saturday, April 14, 2012.

The extensive program agenda included discussions on topics such as: The Roles and Responsibilities of Union Stewards, Determining and Processing Grievances, Effective Representation, Pro-active Communication, Workers Compensation Guidelines, the "War Against Workers", as well as many other issues affecting our members and the Labor movement in general.

The Training Seminar, which allowed our Stewards to "sharpen" their skills, was appreciated and enjoyed by all.

I shall continue to provide the necessary training to our Stewards, so that they may represent our members professionally and effectively.
